When: Tuesday, May 19 starting at 9:00 PM
Expected downtime: Up to 4 hours
During this window, e-Transfers will be unavailable.
All other online banking, ATM, and point-of-sale services will continue working normally — no disruptions there.

Welcome to a new way to manage your debit card, directly from online and mobile banking.

Whether your card is lost, you’re travelling, or you just want greater peace of mind, Debit Card Management gives you the power to decide how, when, and where your debit card can be used.



What You Can Do

With Debit Card Management, you can:

✓ Instantly lock or unlock your debit card
✓ Block specific transaction types, such as:

    • ATM or POS transactions (in Canada or internationally)
    • Contactless (tap/in-app) payments
    • Flash/NFC transactions
    • Transactions by province or territory
    • Transactions by merchant category (e.g. gambling, gas stations, electronics, etc.)

✓ Set transaction limits for:

    • ATM withdrawals
    • Point-of-sale purchases
      (All within the limits set by WLDCU)


Where To Find It

✓ Online Banking
Go to Accounts > Cards > Manage Debit Cards

✓ Mobile App
Tap More > Manage Debit Cards

Debit Card Management is available to:

✓ Small business signors
