Want to know if MemberCards or online banking
are experiencing a disruption?
MemberCards
See details
Our payments partner has wrapped up their investigation into MemberCards that were mailed out, and are not functioning at point-of-sale devices.
The issue can be resolved by processing a PIN change on the MemberCard, either at an ATM or by using an in-branch PIN change device in one of our branches.
To process a PIN change at an ATM, insert your card, input your old PIN, select 'PIN Change,' and follow the instructions displayed on the ATM terminal. Unfortunately, you will not be able to re-use your old PIN.
If you don't live in one of our communities, you can locate an ATM that will process a PIN change here: https://bit.ly/40ecfM5
We recognize this is not an ideal solution, but is necessary to get your card working at point-of-sale terminals. Please reach out to your branch if you have questions or need assistance.
