Want to know if MemberCards or online banking
are experiencing a disruption?

Planned Maintenance — March 16/17, 2026

We'll be performing a scheduled upgrade to our digital banking platform on the night of Monday, March 16, beginning at 9:00 PM PT. Online banking, our mobile app, and our website will be temporarily unavailable during this time. We expect everything to be restored by 4:30 AM PT on Tuesday, March 17.

Your accounts and information are completely safe and unaffected.

Having trouble with the app after the upgrade?

  • Android users: Try deleting and reinstalling the app from the Google Play Store. This won't affect your account or data.

  • iPhone users: Check for an available update in the App Store.
