We have a scheduled update coming for our Interac e-Transfer service.
When: Tuesday, May 19 starting at 9:00 PM
Expected downtime: Up to 4 hours
During this window, e-Transfers will be unavailable.
All other online banking, ATM, and point-of-sale services will continue working normally — no disruptions there.
If you have sent an e-Transfer before May 19 and need to cancel it after the update? Give us a call at 1-800-970-8427 or connect with your local branch and we’ll take care of you.
