Notice of Special Resolution

As a member of Williams Lake and District Credit Union (the "Credit Union"), your participation is requested in a vote on a special resolution to approve proposed new and revised Rules for the Credit Union.

Voting will be open until June 5, 2026.

The Credit Union will provide each eligible member with an electronic ballot via the electronic election platform, SimplyVoting. Members may also request a mail ballot by sending a written request no later than Monday, May 25, 2026.

To be eligible to vote, you must be a member (other than a junior member - those under nineteen years of age) in good standing with the Credit Union.

Results of voting will be announced in branches and on the website after June 15, 2026.
